You don’t have to change who you are or you life to feel better.

 
 

Feeling better about my life seemed like a dream.

Something others could accomplish, but not me.

I couldn’t understand how everyone else was so confident and happy in their lives.

What was I doing wrong.

I THOUGHT MY LIFE SHOULD BE DIFFERENT

If I was just doing something else at work. Something different at home.

If I could just be a better mother, a better wife, a better friend.

If I could change who I was, THEN I could start feeling better.

I WANTED TO STOP FEELING TERRIBLE ABOUT MYSELF, BUT HOW?

Others were doing it. Or so I thought.

Cuz, guess what? I found out that we all have the same types of thoughts about our lives.

We just get really good at hiding it in front of people.

I had a great life, why did I not feel better? Why was I not happy?

THEN I FOUND SOMETHING THAT CHANGED MY LIFE.

I found life coaching.

I found that I was giving up control over my life by wishing things were different.

I found that I wasn’t going to change by blaming all the things I had no control over.

I needed to take responsibility for me and my decisions that had brought me to this point.

I didn’t have to stay married to this past life, this past story. I could do something about it.

I could change my story.

I’M DOING THE WORK, I CAN SHOW YOU HOW.
